Notice the female (right) transferring the orange / reddish mass of eggs to the male, who will hold the approximately 1,000 eggs in his pouch until they hatch and the babies swim awqy. A protected area, Phil Foster Park in the northern end of the Lake Worth Lagoon is a haven for a variety of marine creatures and one of the most popular dive sites in North America.
